(2025-Present) Production Manager and Producer
Phantom Fun Arcade is an animated horror pilot series in which Max and his friends—a band of wannabe paranormal investigators who once went viral for faking ghost videos—break into a long-abandoned arcade to create new content, only to discover that real spirits inhabit the cursed games inside. The show combines mystery, supernatural horror, and a nostalgic arcade atmosphere as the characters face the unforeseen consequences of their hoaxes.
As Production Manager and Producer, Nick played a vital role in preparing and executing the Kickstarter campaign, leading a core team of 17 members throughout the campaign. He also oversaw multiple departments to ensure deliverables were met and all team members had the support and resources needed for success. A major part of his process involved meticulous tracking through spreadsheets and production tools to maintain oversight on timelines, budgets, and task dependencies.
Through Phantom Fun Arcade, Nick deepened his ability to manage small-to-medium scale productions, align creative and logistical efforts across departments, and run a successful fundraising campaign in tandem with production coordination.
